Special Presentation: How Government can Transcend Boundaries to Solve Big Problems

William Eggers, Author and Executive Director of Deloitte’s Center for Government Insights, joined this week’s AMCC call to provide valuable insights on effective leadership and building public trust for government decision makers and aspiring young leaders in public service.

Drawing from his book, “Bridgebuilders: How Government can Transcend Boundaries to Solve Big Problems,” Eggers shared examples that resonate with AMCC regional leaders, who recognize the importance of systems leadership as a critical skill for enhancing effectiveness in their respective organizations and ecosystems.

We extend our gratitude to Bill for joining our call and equipping AMCC leaders with the knowledge and strategies to construct stronger bridges in their areas of expertise.
