Special Presentation: Baldrige Excellence Program

Thanks again to Kelly Welsh, Program & E-learning Manager with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Baldrige Excellence Program for her chat with us last Monday. Baldrige is an organizational-level framework for success that any manufacturer or public/private org can employ to improve their activities and processes to produce meaningful outcomes. NIST Baldrige released several free tools that any organization can employ to manage their business effectively, including this Job Quality Toolkit and Foundations for a Successful Business Toolkit.

Please get in touch with Kelly directly to learn more, thanks!
