Special Presentation: Department of Treasury on 48C and 45x Manufacturing-Related Tax Credits

Thanks again to Rachel McCleery for joining this past Monday call to describe the massive potential of these tax credits to advance key manufacturing industries for American success and prosperity in the 21st century.

The 48C Qualifying Advanced Energy Project Credit Program has now closed its second round of funding, with $10B available through the Inflation Reduction Act to expand clean energy manufacturing and recycling and critical materials refining, processing and recycling, and for projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions at industrial facilities.

And as we heard from Rachel, make sure you communicate the massive potential of the 45X Advance Manufacturing Production Credit for manufacturers considering diversification into clean energy, battery storage etc. supply chains. This is a production credit, meaning there are per unit benefits for qualified manufacturers. Learn more via the links and share!
